We do not outsource our helpdesk to a call centre; our own experts will help you. They work exclusively for AdminPulse and know the package inside out. 

They spend part of their time keeping the AdminPulse  knowledge base up-to-date. They write new articles and update existing articles. Of course, this is done in close consultation with the teams of programmers and trainers.
